Shipping & Delivery Policy

Intajna is a marketplace platform and is not the seller or carrier of products listed by independent sellers. Orders on Intajna are delivered within Lebanon only. Each order is prepared and delivered by the seller (producer or farm) that sells the product, and the seller is responsible for fulfilment and delivery.
1. Delivery costs
Delivery fees are set by each producer and depend on your delivery area. Some producers may offer free delivery above a minimum order value. The delivery fee for each producer is calculated and shown to you before you place your order. If your order contains products from more than one producer, each producer's delivery fee applies separately.
2. Delivery areas
Each producer chooses the areas of Lebanon it delivers to. Whether a producer delivers to your address is shown before you order; producers that do not cover your address cannot accept delivery to it. Some producers may also offer pickup.
3. Processing and delivery time
After you place an order, the producer reviews and accepts it. Once accepted, the producer contacts you to arrange a convenient delivery time. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, product availability and circumstances beyond our control.
4. Delivery method
Orders are delivered by the producer, using its own delivery arrangements. You can follow the status of your order (for example waiting for the producer, accepted, in delivery, delivered) from your orders page.
5. Delivery issues
If there is a problem with your delivery — for example it is late, incomplete or damaged — please report it to the seller from your order page. Delivery claims and disputes are primarily between the buyer and the relevant seller; you may also contact us and we may, at our discretion, help facilitate communication. 6. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and phone number. If a delivery fails because the information provided was incorrect or incomplete, or because nobody was available to receive it, the order may be cancelled or re-delivered, and additional delivery charges may apply. Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, unless the problem was caused by the seller. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights.
