1. Access and account

You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in Lebanon and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

To buy on Intajna you may need to provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. You confirm this information is accurate, current and complete.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use. You may not transfer, sell or share your account with anyone else.

2. Products

Product descriptions, photos, availability and stock are provided by the relevant seller, who is responsible for their accuracy. Natural and farm products vary in size, colour and appearance, and screens display colours differently, so the product you receive may differ slightly from what is shown.

Product information, availability and prices may change at any time without notice. We may limit quantities or availability for any customer or area.

3. Producer offers

Products on Intajna are offered by independent producers and farms. Each offer shows the selling producer, price, unit or pack size and availability. The producer named on the offer is the seller of that product.

Each seller is responsible for its product descriptions, prices, availability, stock, quality, safety, preparation, fulfilment and delivery. Any cancellation, return, exchange, refund, damaged, wrong or spoiled product claim, or other commercial or financial dispute relating to a seller's transaction is primarily between the buyer and that seller. Intajna may, at its discretion, help facilitate communication between buyer and seller, but does not assume the seller's obligations.

Offers, stock and delivery coverage are set by each producer and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

4. Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy the selected products from the named seller(s), not from Intajna. An order is only accepted once the seller confirms it. The seller or Intajna may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or an error is found.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. After a producer has accepted an order, changes or cancellation may not be possible. We will notify you if an order is declined, changed or cancelled using the contact details on your account.

All purchases are subject to our Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy. Purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for resale unless agreed in writing.

5. Prices and billing

Prices, delivery fees and promotions may change at any time. The price that applies is the price shown when you place your order. Delivery fees are shown separately before you confirm the order.

Promotions may have their own conditions; if they conflict with these Terms, the promotional conditions apply to that promotion.

You agree to keep your account, contact and delivery information accurate and up to date so that orders can be processed and delivered.

6. Payment methods

We accept cash on delivery, card payments and other payment methods, as displayed at checkout at the time of your order. Card payments are processed through secure and authorised payment service providers.

You confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate, that you are authorised to use the selected payment method, and that you will pay all amounts due, including product prices and delivery fees.

Cardholders are advised to keep a copy of their transaction records and of these Terms and Conditions.

Where payments are technically facilitated through the Intajna platform or a third-party payment provider, this does not by itself make Intajna the seller of the product. Any refund processed through the platform is performed in connection with the relevant seller transaction and is subject to the applicable seller refund arrangement and the payment provider's process.

7. Transaction currency

All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Any amount shown in Lebanese Pounds (LBP) is an indicative conversion for information only.

8. Shipping and delivery

Delivery is described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery is the responsibility of the relevant seller. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Intajna is not liable for delays or failures in delivery by sellers or caused by circumstances beyond our control.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Services, including the Intajna name and logo, text, graphics, images and software, belongs to Intajna, its operator or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use this content without our prior written permission.

10. Third-party tools and services

We may provide access to third-party tools and services (such as payment, hosting, maps or messaging services) that we do not monitor or control. You use them at your own risk and subject to their own terms. We may add new features or tools, which will also be subject to these Terms.

11. Third-party links

The Services may contain links to websites or services not owned or controlled by Intajna. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or policies. Please review their terms and privacy policies before using them; any complaints about third-party products or services must be directed to that third party.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Some information may be processed by our service providers (such as hosting providers) to operate the Services.

13. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

The Services may occasionally contain errors in descriptions, prices, promotions, availability or delivery information. We may correct errors and update or cancel orders if information was inaccurate, including after an order has been submitted.

14. Prohibited uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not use them for fraud, to infringe intellectual property, to harass anyone, to provide false information, to upload harmful code, to scrape or collect data without permission, or to interfere with the security or operation of the Services.

We may refuse service or terminate transactions where required by law, including applicable sanctions. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, including for breach of these Terms. You remain responsible for amounts due up to the date of termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Intajna does not warrant products sold by independent sellers; any product warranty or guarantee is given by the relevant seller.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Intajna, YAK TECH and their directors, employees, partners and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Services or any products, and are not liable for the acts, omissions, products or obligations of independent sellers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intajna, its operator and their partners, employees and service providers from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or your use of the Services.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions remain valid.

20. Waiver and entire agreement

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies posted on the Services form the entire agreement between you and Intajna regarding the Services.

21. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without notice.

22. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, power or internet outages and epidemics. Our obligations are suspended for the duration of such events.

23. Governing law

Lebanon is the country of domicile of Intajna. These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and you and Intajna submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut.

24. Changes to these Terms

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. We may update them at any time; changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
